I have been trying to find about mine also. I have emailed the Shanghai Co. in China on three contact places on their site and got returned mail. The Piano Technician's Guild resource page lists Marshalpiano.com and L&M International but those are dead ends. Please let me know if you get any leads.

Shanghai Piano made 9970 pianos last year mostly uprights if you can find a retailer who has a new one in stock for that company then take that number and keep subtracting 9970 till you get close to your number
The above way is very inaccurate as they could use different numbers for each make but will give you some idea or get a tuner in and ask them
