Hey, a local tuner called last night to say that he'd been asked to look at a baby grand in a house that's being pulled down. He said it needs a couple of hundred squid spent on it to get the action regulated but apart from that it's in VG condition. I got it for 100 pounds cos the demolition lot were about to dump it on a skip! I'm taking the tuner's word for it that it's a good instrument but I've no reason to doubt it. How about that!
