Conover Cable
Hi, I just bought a piano for my daughter at a thrift store. It is a Conover Cable, with Cable branded on the wooden key cover. I believe it is a console. Serial number is 50098. I don't know much about pianos and my attempts to research on the web have yeilded little results. I'm aware a bit about conover and cable as companies, their roots etc...but am mystified as to specifics about this piano. Ofcourse I will be getting it tuned and expect the tuner knows his stuff, but in the meantime, I'm dying to know more - if anyone knows anything, please let me know.
best,
Susan B.

This is a UK site, we have no experience of these instruments, all we can offer is possible dates of serial numbers, and yours seems to suggest 1904. It is possible that someone from the States may read your item, but there doesn't seem to be an American equivalent to PianoGen.
