Try your local music shop; they'll know most of the piano teachers locally and will probably be able to tell you who'd suit you. Alternatively, try the Incorporated Society of Musicians who'll be able to give you the name of a qualified and experienced teacher in your area. No idea how you find 'em; I daresay they've got a website or something.
Make it clear to the teacher that you're starting again, not from scratch, and remember there's no law that says you have to have a lesson a week - most teachers (around here anyway) are quite amenable to fortnightly lessons, and it often makes more sense for adults with daily commitments to be realistic about the amount of practice they'll be able to do.

I would highly highly recommend Craig Ewens. He is based in Belsize Park and is an extremely talented pianist. He's a patient teacher, and specialises in teaching adults (like you and I). He has been teaching me for around six months, and my girlfriend for about two months.
