R GORS AND KALLMANN PIANO

Hi,
A friend gave me this R Gors and Kalmann piano nearly 30 years ago. We are now about to move to a much smaller house and there won't be a space for this beloved posession.
I'd like to sell it but have no idea of it's value and wonder if someone could advise. It is an up right piano serial number 52186 and has written Kaiser u Konigl Hoflieferanten Berlin and underneath sole agents Carnegie and son Melbourne.
