Can anyone tell me how much a 50 year old Hoelling and Spangerberg piano in ok condition is worth?

No! No-one anywhere can give you a valid valuation without on-the-spot inspection because if, for example, the tuning pins are loose, it could cost more than the piano is worth to fix it.
