I can tell you that he was around in 1911 and 1928, but I have no useful information on him yet.

The manufactory was based in Aachen, which is a small city near by Cologne, Germany. It was destroyed during World War II, so there is no 'recent history' about this manufacturer (no literature or internet links) . Actually I'm married to one of Eduard Hilger's blood-related heirs and we own a couple of pictures of the manufactory and other items of sentimental value. Lara, pls let me know once you consider to sell the piano. Unfortunately the family owns only one piano so I would be very interested in buying one for my husband. My e-mail address is natacha.hilger@web.de. If you need any further information, pls do not hesitate to contact me. Thnx & best regards, Natacha

If you are evr in a position to scan or copy the pictures, or any original information, I would be interested in purchasing copies.
