Normelle was a name used by Murdoch, London, but the published dates of their numbers are not reliable. If you know how to remove the action (the working parts of the notes) safely, there may be John Malcolm's paper label on the rear of it with a number which will help. The sconces suggest that it is pre-1920ish, and it won't be much earlier than 1900.
