Yamaha ux10a

Post by eric5001 »

I've found a secondhand ux10a for £2.6K (1996). Does anyone know this piano? How does it compare to the U1 and U3? It doesn't seem to be on sale at any UK dealer.

Thanks.

Dear Barrie,

Thanks for your reply.

What, if any, are the differences between the current new U1 and the ux10a?

The X mode is Japans home market better finished U1 like we now have the YUS Series

However, the normal rules still apply get an independent tuner to give it the once over

The X-series also has a different back with bracing posts shaped like an 'X'... Not seen a new YUS yet, but I suspect they have similar.
