Which cable is is that? What does that mean? It's my cable. Do you mean,"Can you give me the link to your piano's page on ebay?" In that case yes. If that's not what you mean, please rephrase the question.

I'd have thought it a perfectly civil and sensible question since there's more than one Cable company, but a great opportunity to give your advert a plug

It could be:

Conover Cable
Hobart M. Cable
Nelson Cable
Cable Piano Co
Cable and Sons

and I'm sure there are others. It looks early '60s to me from the American Piano Industry's 'confused' period. Find out the exact maker and I'm sure someone here can help you further.

I'm sorry. I didn't know there were others. You may have meant to ask a civil anbd sensible question, but I read it as simple and lacking necessary detail to be answered properly. This is just common confusion based on internet communication. So again, I'm sorry. :)

And I'm sorry if we got our cables crossed, but if you tell me exactly what it says on the piano, it should be clear which firm we're dealing with, then I can look for a date for that number.

That's cool!

You did sound a bit brusque there!... I apologise too!
