The Yamaha PX124NT and Kemble 124 Conservatoire are identical, so best stick to the Yamaha badged version. You could just buy a U1 and be done with it, since these are variations on the theme, but they are arguably prettier without the U1's ugly lid closing system.
Haessler is worth a look, but bypass Irmler. At your budget you can afford better. The Petrof is helluva overpriced if fitted with the standard Detoa action, but makes a bit more sense with a Renner fitted. Why bother with a rehash of a 30 year-old Commie design though? Petrof should be better than this by now, but the "Volkswagen/Skoda" rejuvenation just hasn't happened to them. They're content with a very-slightly improved version of their Iron-Curtain offerings with Renner actions fitted to the top models only. This is analogous to Skoda knocking out a rear engined dinosaur of a car with a Golf GTi engine shoehorned into its ass. It didn't happen to Czech cars, (Tatra excepted!) so why should it happen to their pianos?
