pianola drive sprockets

Hi There,
I have installed a 65 note player unit in my small 3 rank pipe organ ,(homebuilt). It plays very well if a bit slow,I have used a small variable speed d.c. motor , But I need one of the Roller drive sprockets , (the ones that drive the small chain) . I need one with approximately 18 to 22 teeth.
Can anyone Help.I am in the UK (manchester).
