It does seem that I need to spend a bit more cash than I originally intended.... I think it's time to skim some off the mortgage.... Well!!! Thanks Piano Guy, I'm going to take advantage of your expertise (and looking through this forum, you have quite alot). I think the petrof was an amazing instrument but it is a risk.
