Does it make sense buying a lesser known make like this one, or would it make sense going for somthing better known like a John Broadwood. I want somthing that is antique and is sutible for a beginer to practice on.

Stoessel - Gertler & Co Berlin
I am looking at buying a Stoessel - Gertler & Co piano but I cannot find much information on this maker has anyone heard of then and do you know any history please?
