Could you tell me how much a knight piano of this date is worth. The knight piano I am looking at is in perfect working order and has been regularly tuned every six months. The only problem is that the cabinet finish has seen some ware and there is a chip in the top lid.

Sorry I forgot to mention if any one can give me any model number that these pianos may be, eg K10 etc. for a Knight piano, I can not find this information on them. Thank you

One of the pianos is a Knight and has the serial number 32801 stamped on the metal frame, however it also has this number, 1371 printed on a little disk, which is fixed to the inside of the cabinet. To claen and polish black lacquer I have read somewhere that an oily soap should be used and then wiped off and polished using elbow-grease!!!

I have tried that but it dosen't hide surface scratches, Can anyone else shed any light on the issue.
