Personnally , that will depend on your level...

If you play virtuosos pieces, then buy a small grotrian or zimmermann.

Otherwise, you can buy a small upright 121 from Yamaha...or even the P109 which is very good !

what kind of music could you play or would you like to play?

I disagree with you. Bosie is as expensive as steinway, and for the same price, german Steinway is still better... Schimmel is very good but not as good as steinway (My teacher owns a Schimmel so I know what i am saying. I think Yahama C3 is not good, I tried one a few years ago, it was below my upr...

Hi, First you will never get a new good piano for only 2500 pounds, this is quite impossible.... But you can get an used one (U Series for Yamaha). Now I do recommend to try and test these pianos in a piano dealer such as Jacques Samuel (Edgware road) which has many brands : try the grotrian Steinwe...

Ok Thanks. A dealer in France does not want to sell Fazioli since they are a little capricious...and thinks that it's only good to see... This dealer is the leader here in Piano renting to Concert halls and shows. Why do you think Fazioli does not want to make Uprights...? Every manufacture does (ev...

Thanks, Just some questions: what are the qualities of a SU7? I know that the price is 19 900 euros ... the steinway V is 24 000 euros and K is 28 500 euros... Why do you thiink the model K is below the V? I have never tried the bosie and cost about 25 000 euros...(very rare in France) Bluthner I di...

However, Construction type is quite important since one does not buy a piano just for a few years but for 30,40 years even the entire life…. Thus a well-manufactured piano appears to last longer than other ones…Who can say that a Fazioli will last more than 100 years?? We cannot know that yet ! But ...

Steinway K132; Bluthner model B or Beschtein Concert 8 ?

Hi,

I want to upgrade from a yamaha upright and I have not enough place (and money) for a grand.

I would like some comments between these three great pianos (same size) ?
Just assume that they are at the same price, what would you like to choose and why?

Thanks.
