You seem to have some misunderstanding of the way the lists work: They only give you the first number for the year, or sometimes 5 years. 1895 #44,100 1900 #46,250 45574 is after the beginning of 1895, and before the beginning of 1900. It is around 1898, but what do you mean when you say it doesn't...
