Right, no that I have actually got the piano I hada little look. The frame has the name H. McKenzie on it and the number 24205. The first key shows 6.4.16 A.J. Moore.

Any more ideas about the history now?

I have just been offered a CLIFFORD piano but don't know anything else about it. Here is a photo
Can anyone shed any light on this piano? I am in the UK btw.
