Well it has just been tuned but atleast now, it sounds like chords and notes that sound chorusy and phasey but in tune.

What else could it be.

What is the usual cause of this and how do you fix it. When i strike a chord on my piano in the middle C region spanning 2-2.5 octaves, I get a phasing chorusing kind of chord. Do manufacturers from 10 years ago to now, sold their pianos not tuned to concert pitch? Isn't concert pitch a set standard for piano instruments, why wouldn't a manufacturer or store follow those guidelines?
