I believe that the felt is shutter felt. It is a loose weave felt which is no longer made. Or it could be celest felt mis-spelled!!!!
What is the application?????

I would sell through one of the London piano auctions, a second hand U1 or U3 from the 80's would be a good buy. Try Little and Lampert they are a good outfit to deal with.

Papps wedges!!!!!!!!! I believe that the original nylon became very expensive and the latest new plastic is cheaper. The other supply house in the UK has stopped selling them due to the poor quality. I will keep an eye out for the original ones on my travels and let you know. F&N owns the moulds...
