the reason for this date is very simple....
the company existed only till 1894. (i heard )
a friend of mine, who sold me this piano, told me, that the company only existed about 30-35 years.
maybe he´s not right.....??? i don´t know

i,ve found no dates or something else on this piano.
but this piano is 100% older than 100 years, i think it was built in 1882, but i did not find anything about it in the www.

This piano is from Austria, built for Kaiser Franz Joseph, i have one with Opus 3324
