Can you tell me what the 3 Crowns on my Ronisch Piano mean? What are the differences between the different number of crowns?

How can one tell if the keys are Ivory or not? My Piano is a 3 crown Ronisch about 100 yrs old. The white keys are still quite white. You can see grain lines in them. (I have no idea if the keys have ever been recovered or not - can keys be still quite white after 100 yrs?)
