I am trying to grade and get a manufacturing date for two pianos of which I have not been very successful. The one is a Berkeley(London) and the second is a Courtheim. I do have plate numbers but cannot seem to identify these mysterious pianos. Thanks for your help. Flaxman

I understand what you mean by no great value. I found the front of the cabinet had some very nice detail and the tuning wasn't too bad, but hadn't been tuned in years and moved a couple times so you know what that's like. I have a customer who has a beautiful Allison grand piano which I would say is a baby grand. I know they're called boudoirs (sp?) and it was built in 1939 but has been kept very nicely.
