I appreciiate your knowledge on this subject but I am confused as to why the piano has the particular number stamped on it for a particular year, if it was indeed manufactured after 1885. Hello. We have the above piano with walnut venere,which is stamped 31677 underneath the lid when opened. Can any one please date the piano?
