Many thanks for your swift reply! The numbers I quoted are not accompanied by any other wording, and most of the words that appear elsewhere are simply the name & address of Schiedmayer, and the various prizes it had won, the main one being "Paris 1900". Inside the lid, under the name ...

I'd really appreciate help in dating this - the no. on the soundboard is 18426, but the frame bears the no. 34780.
I know from reading some entries that World War I caused problems, and assume this is one of those affected.
