Thanks for the replies guys! Collin, yeah I read something about stencil piano's. And think this is actually what happend here. It does has an over-damped mechanism but is an overstrung piano. I'll see if I can upload more pictures. Bill, You are right about finding more information inside the piano...

J.S.Bach, Bruxelles
Hi, I was wondering if somebody here could help me out with my piano. I think it's a Belgian piano, at least that's what the name suggests, and I bought it in Belgium. The name/brand is "J.S. BACH Bruxelles". I find nothing about it if I google it except loads of information about Bach him...
