Well, Bill, the actual firm *might* have a record that someone contacted them about this piano in the last 50 years or so. I will ask them. Many thanks to you, Bill, for your helpful and interesting reply. I didn't think of contacting Broadwood's themselves, in case, as you say, someone had asked them about that particular instrument.
