Hey thanks for replying, I live in Medway in Kent. I looked in the yellow pages and can't find anyone that does repairs in medway. I wouldn't want to attempt to take anything apart myself, I don't even have a screwdriver! lol! I really should get one...
By the way it is an upright piano.

Can anyone help me??
I have just got given a piano by my nan as she didn't want it anymore and knows that I always have wanted one! It was delivered today by the piano removal people, but when I tried to play it LOADS of the keys don't make a sound! I have no idea whats the matter with it. She had it tuned about a month...
