Thanks very much for the feedback guys. I went to the local Kemble dealer and tried a Kemble Cambridge then 'made the mistake!!!' of trying a Conservatoire. Couldn't believe the difference in sound quality. The sound just opened up so much on the Conservatoire. I'm sure its the same for Yamahas. So ...

Thanks for all the replies. I believe I am now convinced that buying 'blind' online may be a bad idea. I may just need to put it off for a month or so until I can travel to a 'non-local' dealer but will that not just give me the same support problems since its not local? Here's my problem.
