Well done, old bean! That's over half a stone in a fortnight, well done. I've found having a three year old who wakes you up at 3 in the morning is another good (though thoroughly unrecommended) way of shifting the pounds - it means you're on the go 24/7! Keep it up.

I believe nearly any expert you ask will tell you the whole issue with yo-yo dieting is the psychology bit of it. Personally, I think naughty food is every bit as addictive as tobacco or alcohol. Getting it off is one thing, keeping it off is quite another

Ok Guys, here goes. I weighed in this morning at 12st 7lb and I'm telling you that as encouragement for your new endeavours and as part of my on going battle with the bulge. On 1st May I weighed 18st 0.5lb so take heart - all things are possible. Here's to all us gorgeous lovelies out there
