Wahoo! :P Well done, old bean! That's over half a stone in a fortnight, well done. I've found having a three year old who wakes you up at 3 in the morning is another good (though thoroughly unrecommended) way of shifting the pounds - it means you're on the go 24/7! Keep it up.

I believe nearly any expert you ask will tell you the whole issue with yo-yo dieting is the psychology bit of it. Personally, I think naughty food is every bit as addictive as tobacco or alcohol. Getting it off is one thing, keeping it off is quite another :roll:

Good luck. I'm sure your teacher wouldn't have entered you she didn't think you were ready. If you're really lucky your examiner will be a trombonist! If that doesn't work, just remember they were once someone's little girl or boy with a snotty nose!

Ok Guys, here goes. I weighed in this morning at 12st 7lb and I'm telling you that as encouragement for your new endeavours and as part of my on going battle with the bulge. On 1st May I weighed 18st 0.5lb so take heart - all things are possible. Here's to all us gorgeous lovelies out there :D

Party calories don't count if you're at someone else's place - guest calories are nul and void, so I work on the basis if I only eat guest's offerings when they come to a leftovers party, they count as guest calories too! Well, it's a theory, anyway.

If you do a search on You Tube for the prelude we're all raving about, you'll find out why! I reckon you'll love it! My performer recommendations would be Gilels or Horowitz and they also have a recording of Rachmaninov himself playing it, just for interest.
