Jazz is very different to Classical. If you play CLassical you'll have damn fast fingers perhaps, but no idea of the jazz theory. it takes a long time to study it and you'll be surprised what the jazz world have to offer. You wont have any music to read either. My passion is Jazz, my life is Jazz an...

Lift it up when it sounds muddy. Eventually you'll naturally learn when its about to get muddy and stop it happening.

Try ebay for the Yamaha P-60. There is a small Casio EP-760 which has semi-weighted keys. I'd suggest going online as shops are more expensive. Ebay or shop's own websites. Yamaha are good, and yuo might want to try Korg. Roland make some nice cheap ones. Don't get a technics. They went out of selli...

You said yuo tried to turn up the piano. Tried to turn down the Song volue instead?. I cant think of anything ...

Dont buy anything.

Search for "FREECORDER". Quick download and the most easy thing you could ever use. Records perfect and even such that you can burn to disc.

CLP 120/130 is a good DP. I recommend the 120 over the 130, because all you get different is a price and a few extra sounds basically. You may be able to split the keyboard on the 130 but is it rele worth it? The speakers are a bit louder but you'll more likely want to have headphones, and the sound...

Give Yamaha a break! It's what you get when you spend 300/400 pounds. If you want to save songs on the HDD then get the upper range models. The DGX's you are talking about, even the new range which are the same pretty much just with a different body frame and make printed on it, are designed for peo...

Don't go for so much trouble. A digital Piano is a Digital PIANO. You don't need to worry about caffufling around for a 'proper' piano. If its heavy weighted on keys, and is pretty decent (yamaha CLP 150 or higher, or one of their new range CVP 3xx's). I worked for Yamaha Digital Pianos and I teach ...
