H. P. Nelson piano

I have a H. P. Nelson upright concert grand piano. According to the stickers and other marking, it was made by the H.P. Nelson company in Chicago. I think it might have been made around the turn of the 20th century. It has a number stamped on it in several places. The number is 14622. Can anyone hel...
